A heating arrangement (10) with at least one heating element (7,8) is described. The heating element is insulated electrically by a heat conductor. The heat conductor is designed as an electrically insulated stack of layers (1) that has one layer (2) with a high thermal conductivity and at least one electrically insulating layer (3,4). With the stack of layers, the layer with a higher thermal conductivity is located between two thin electrically insulating layers. The layer with a high thermal conductivity is a metal layer, especially an aluminum layer of a carbon layer. As an electrically insulating layer, an oxide layer or silicon layer is provided.
