THE CELLULAR PHONE VERTICAL SPEAKER & MIC STRUCTURE

An arrangement of a loudspeaker (2) and a microphone (4) of a mobile telephone is disclosed wherein the loudspeaker (2) and the microphone (4) is located at a side of the telephone body. The microphone (4) and the loudspeaker (2) can be held either in a fixed or in an extracted position providing better miniaturization of the telephone and improved acoustics properties as well as reducing exposure of the head of the user of the mobile telephone to radiation of radio waves emitted from antenna (1) due to the larger distance (D1) from the antenna (1).
