THE SECOND HARMONIC GENERATOR

PURPOSE: The second harmonic generator is provided to generate stably the second harmonics by improving a structure of the second harmonic generator. CONSTITUTION: A light source(200) has a laser diode(210) for generating a pumping light and a focus lens(220) for focusing the pumping light to a resonator(100). An input mirror(110) and an output mirror(160) are formed in the resonator(100). The input mirror(110) has high reflexibility and the output mirror(160) has high transmissivity. A gain medium(120), a polarization element(130), and a non-linear signal crystalline element(140) are formed between the input mirror(110) and the output mirror(160). A cooling portion(150) is formed at a lower portion of the non-linear signal crystalline element(140). A feedback control portion(300) is formed with a beam splitter(310), a photo detector(330), and a controller(340).
