MOBILE TELEPHONE CONVERSATION APPARATUS USING EARPHONE REMOTE CONTROLLER AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A mobile telephone conversation apparatus using an earphone remote controller and a method thereof are provided to conveniently perform a telephone conversation when calling a mobile telephone by connecting the earphone remote controller to a cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: An earphone remote controller(100) and a mobile telephone terminal(200) are connected to a data communication cable. The earphone remote controller(100) includes a control unit(130) for transmitting originating call information and call end information inputted from a dial pad to the mobile telephone terminal(200) through the data communication cable and controlling a display unit(120) for displaying telephone connection procedure situation information and telephone connection end situation information transmitted from the mobile telephone terminal(200), the display unit(120) for displaying telephone connection procedure situation information and telephone connection end situation information according to the control of the control unit(130), and an earphone(140) for outputting a voice of an object-side subscriber, and a microphone(150) for being connected to the earphone(140) and inputting a voice of a user. The mobile telephone terminal(200) includes a control unit(230) and an audio processing unit(260). The control unit(230) connects a telephone to the object-side subscriber corresponding to originating call information when originating call information is transmitted from the control unit(130) through the data communication cable. The control unit(230) transmits telephone connection procedure situation information to the control unit(130) and controls outputs of the voice of the object-side subscriber and the voice of the user. The control unit(230) ends the call connection and transmits telephone connection end situation information when telephone connection end situation information is received. The audio processing unit(260) processes the voice of the object-side subscriber according to the control of the control unit(230) to output the processed voice to the earphone(140) and processes the voice of the user inputted from the microphone(150) to output the processed voice to the object-side subscriber.
