PURPOSE: A relay structure is provided to obtain a high reliability relay with superior operation stability and simplified structure, while eliminating the problem of operational error caused due to coil damage and allowing for parts integration. CONSTITUTION: A relay structure comprises an electro-magnet(21) wound with a coil(20); a guide pin(22) fixed to the electro-magnet in such a manner that the guide pin is projected from the electro-magnet; a permanent magnet(23) arranged to be movable along the guide pin; a magnetic adsorbing plate(24) positioned at the opposite side from the electro-magnet, and which forms a contact point through contact/separation with/from the permanent magnet moving along the guide pin; a cylindrical body(25) for accommodating the electro-magnet in a single direction and fixing the permanent magnet and magnetic adsorbing plate in sequence in the opposite direction; a cap(26) for blocking an end of the cylindrical body and supporting the magnetic adsorbing plate; and input terminals(27a,27b) and output terminals(28a,28b) arranged in the lengthwise direction of the thickness formed by the cylindrical body.
