PURPOSE: An oil circulation control apparatus of an automatic transmission is provided to keep viscosity of fluid or characters constantly, and to improve performance of the automatic transmission by cooling actively according to temperature of fluid discharged from the automatic transmission. CONSTITUTION: An oil circulation control device is composed of an engine(1) installed at a side of a vehicle to drive the vehicle by a driver; an automatic transmission(3) connected to the engine, and converted by flow of fluid according to the travel state by receiving power from the engine; a fluid temperature adjusting unit(7) connected to the automatic transmission to regulate temperature of fluid discharged from a discharge port(10); and a radiator(9) supplying fluid to the automatic transmission by cooling fluid from the fluid temperature adjusting unit. Performance of the automatic transmission is improved by keeping temperature of fluid constantly.
