PURPOSE: A power system protective control system and a system constructing method therefor are provided to solve the problem in the conventional systems that the purchase expense of a dedicated software becomes very high due to the increase in the number of dedicated programs, resulting from an increase in the number of protective relays fitted on an electrical station because various types of dedicated programs are required to be installed in a monitor controller, even though a power system can be monitored and controlled through the protective relays fitted on the electrical station. CONSTITUTION: A Web browser establishing the connection with a Web server installed on a relay panel via a communication line is installed on a PC. System status information stored in the relay panel is acquired, using the Web browser.
