PURPOSE: A real-time IR(Investor Relations) service method for a company and an investor is provided to offer company's IR information to investors in real time through a mobile communication terminal, a telephone, a facsimile, or an E-mail by interlocking an IR web server for managing company IR information and companies and investors through IR service channels with various types provided from a UMS(Unified Messaging Service). CONSTITUTION: If company IR information is inputted from a company connected with an IR web server through the Internet(S31), a corresponding IR web server confirms investors for providing inputted company IR information in real time. A corresponding investor is an investor member entered in a real-time IR service of the IR web server for having a member ID and password. The IR web server detects an investor list in which a company for inputting current company IR information is registered as an interest company using portfolio composition information among registered investor information(S32). The IR web server provides inputted company IR information to each investor according to investor call information to corresponding investors through a mobile communication terminal, a telephone, a facsimile, or an E-mail(S33).
