<p>A cosmetic composition comprises 0.00005 to 10wt% of polymethoxyflavone having at least four methoxy groups. Cosmetic compositions in the form of lotions, milky lotions, oil-in-water creams, water-in-oil creams are preferable. Thus, the present invention provides cosmetic compositions that are excellent in the whitening effect, allow the skin to retain moisture for a long time, vitalize the skin, suppress wrinkles, and have excellent storage stability.</p> |
