PURPOSE: A transceiver apparatus of a module RAM test result using a motherboard and method thereof is provided to be capable of testing a module RAM with low price by using only an outport and a connector. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of motherboards(14a,14b,...14n) mount and test at least one module RAM. A connecting circuit unit(12) is formed between the plurality of motherboards(14a,14b,...14n) and a handler computer(11) transmits a module RAM test result data output from the motherboards(14a,14b,...14n) to the handler computer through a non-communication dedicated cable(13a,13b,...13n). When the data about the module RAM is output from the motherboards(14a,14b,...14n), at least one of non-communication dedicated ports, that is a speaker, a printer, a hard/floppy disk operating or not output terminal, and a power on/off indicating terminal, are used.
