HOME GAS BOILER USING BUNSEN BURNER

PURPOSE: A home gas boiler using a Bunsen burner is provided to realize stable burning and to improve thermal efficiency of a boiler by making a Bunsen burner face down and forcibly blowing air to the burner. CONSTITUTION: A home gas boiler has an intake pipe(19) for supplying exterior air to a Bunsen burner, an exhaust pipe(21) for discharging combustion gas, and a boiler body(13) combined to the exhaust pipe and the intake pipe. In the boiler body, a Bunsen burner(10) and a heat exchanger(11) are installed. In a combustion pipe(17) of the heat exchanger, the Bunsen burner is installed facing downwardly. The Bunsen burner properly mixes gas with the air supplied from the intake pipe, and ignites and burns the mixed gas. Then, combustion gas is discharged toward the exhaust pipe. A forcible intake/exhaust part(15) forcibly blowing the exterior air to the Bunsen burner and forcibly discharging the combustion gas of the Bunsen burner through the exhaust pipe is installed at the intake pipe and the exhaust pipe. The forcible intake/exhaust part improves the thermal efficiency of the Bunsen burner.
