MULTILAYER INDUCTOR

PURPOSE: To provide a small-sized multilayer inductor which provides a large value of an inductance. CONSTITUTION: Three thin film coils 22, 23 and 24 are laminated on a coil winding part 11c of a wound core member 11 interposing insulating layers 27 and 28 between the coils 22 and 23 and between the coils 22 and 23. A terminal electrode 1 is electrically connected with the end part of the third thin film coil 24. A terminal electrode 2 is electrically connected with the end part of the first thin film coil 22 via apertures 42 and 41 for lead-out and split regions 14a and 13a. Hereby, the coils 22, 23 and 24 result in being electrically series-connected between the electrodes 1 and 2 and the directions of winding of the coils 22 to 24 vertically adjoining each other interposing the layers 27 and 28 between the coils 22 and 23 and between the coils 23 and 24 are reverse to each other.
