PURPOSE: To provide a game system wherein a message-exchange can be performed by utilizing functions as a game device. CONSTITUTION: This game system is equipped with a first game device 1 and a second game device 1. The first game device 1 is equipped with massage preparing means 4 and 10, and a transmitting means 10 for prepared messages. The second game device 1 is equipped with a message-receiving means 10 and a display control means 10 which displays the received message on the screen of a specified display device 3. In such a game system, the second game device 1 is equipped with a game performing means 10 and a display permission-control means 10. In this case, the game performing means 10 makes a user perform a specified game. The display permission-control means 10 inhibits the display concerning at least one section of a message until a specified condition in the game is satisfied, and permits the display of the displayinhibited section of the message when the condition is satisfied. |
