PURPOSE: A mobile virtual university using system using a personal portable terminal and a method thereof are provided to process a school work of a mobile virtual university using the personal portable terminal and visit a site related with the school work to perform shopping. CONSTITUTION: A personal portable terminal(10) includes a browser for being connected to a service providing system(40) through a communication company. The service providing system(40) includes a data converting server(41) for detecting a usable language of the browser and converting data suitable for the browser, and a mobile server(42) for providing menus regarding a mobile virtual university. A mobile virtual university server(50) includes a student information DB(51) for storing student information transmitted from the service providing system(40) and a school information DB(52) for storing educational matters and administrative work. |
