PURPOSE: A finance system using bio-matrix information is provided to perform a financial transaction by using bio-matrix information as a fingerprint and an iris on a bank window, an ATM device, a computer, and a mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A financial transaction is a communication network being used by a plurality of financial institutions and connects a communication line between a plurality of financial transaction terminal units(20) and financial institution servers(30), and performs a data communication related to a plurality of financial transactions as a withdrawal, a moving, an inquiry etc. The financial transaction terminal units(20) include a communication environment capable of connecting to the financial institution servers(30) providing the financial transaction related service and a bio-matrix device capable of inputting predetermined bio-matrix data for performing a certification of a user. The financial transaction terminal units(20) display a plurality of financial transaction menus being provided from the financial institution servers(30) on a screen and outputs specific living body portion data of a user for inputting to the bio-matrix device to the financial institution servers(30) in accordance with a user certification request, and inputs/outputs data in accordance with a financial transaction menu selected by the user to the financial institution servers(30) after performing a user certification. As the financial transaction terminal units(20), a portable computer(21), a plurality of ATM devices(22), and a mobile communication terminal(23) are provided.
