PURPOSE: A triangular prism rotating billboard containing a lighting device is provided to improve the effect of advertisement especially during the night without installing a separate lighting device on the exterior of the billboard. CONSTITUTION: The triangular prism rotating billboard basically consists of an outer frame comprised of an upper bar(11), a lower bar(12), and a side frame(13); a vertical triangular prism(20) rotatably mounted in the outer frame, of which three surfaces have different pictures; a hexagonal rotating shaft(40), in which a cam member(30) is fitted for rotating the triangular prism; a bracket(15) supporting the cam member and the rotating shaft; and a motor(42) and a speed reducer. Additionally, a lighting tube(1) is located in the triangular prism, an upper and a lower electrodes(2,3) are fitted on both ends of the lighting tube for supplying power, an upper and a lower caps(4,5) receive the electrodes, and an upper and a lower guiding parts(6,7) formed to be fitted in the upper and the lower parts of the triangular prism while receiving the upper and the lower caps.
