PURPOSE: A float using with solar energy is provided to minimize power consumption while maximizing the solar cell and to miniaturize a battery. CONSTITUTION: A float with solar energy comprises a heat collecting plate(1) converting the solar energy into electric energy; a case(2) protecting the heat collecting plate; cases(3,4) diffusing light by being formed as an unevenness shape; a buoy(7); a support(5) connecting the float and the buoy; connecters(8,21) engaging the buoy and an anchor; and a wire(9) connecting the anchor. The float is composed of double to close in establishing onto the ocean. Moreover, the float contains a middle bar to prevent the float from damaging by waves while reducing coefficient of the friction. The solar cell expands the life span and maximizes luminosity of the light. The solar cell is produced as a small size to save the energy and to improve efficiency.
