PURPOSE: A reliability test system is provided to test compressors of different capacity through a single test system by varying refrigerant flow volume or rotating speed of the cooling fan in accordance with the capacity of the compressor to test. CONSTITUTION: A reliability test system comprises a condenser(1) communicated to the discharge side of a compressor(C) to test; an expansion unit(2) communicated to the outlet side of the condenser; an evaporator(3) communicated to the outlet side of the expansion unit and suction side of the compressor; and valve members(11,12,13,14) mounted at inlet and outlet sides of the condenser and inlet and outlet sides of the evaporator, in such a manner that valve members adjust flow volume of refrigerant by varying the degree of opening/shutting of the valve in accordance with the capacity of the compressor to test. Alternatively, inverter type cooling fans(21,22) are arranged at the condenser and evaporator to vary the degree of condensation and evaporation of the refrigerant by varying the rotating speed of fans in accordance with the capacity of the compressor to test.
