HEAT STORAGE TYPE EXHAUST GAS PROCESSOR

PURPOSE: A heat storage type exhaust gas processor is provided to purify exhaust gas by direct or catalytic combustion of poisonous element contained in the exhaust gas, and reuse from collecting the heat. CONSTITUTION: A processor of exhaust gas(2) is comprised of an air supplying area(5S) bringing exhaust gas in a processing room of the exhaust gas; an air exhausting area(5D) discharging clarified gas from the processor; a purging area(5P) for passing purged gas discharging the exhaust gas remaining in the heat storage room(5). A distribution device for the air supply and air exhaust(6) has a rotor(9) equipped a purge chamber passing the purged gas between an air supply chamber(10S) for bringing crude exhaust gas and air exhaust chamber(10D) discharging the clarified gas. The rotor has an opening disk rotating as confronting in the bottom of the heat storage room. An opening for air supply(13S) bringing crude exhaust gas from the air supply chamber to the air supply area and an opening for air exhaust(13D) discharging the clarified gas from the air exhaust area to air exhaust chamber. An opening for purge(13P) is made up joining the purged chamber and the purged area between the opening of air supply and the opening of air exhaust. The crude exhaust gas is flowed in the purged chamber even though the crude exhaust gas is escaped passing the housing and a gap of the rotor and is not reached in the air exhaust chamber passing the purged chamber. The escape of the crude exhaust gas is surely prevented from the air supply chamber to the air exhaust chamber in the distribution device for the air supply and air exhaust.
