PURPOSE: A system and method for supplying free cash on the Internet is provided to offer free cash according to a user's record of watching advertisements so that the user can exchange accumulated free cash with desired goods. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of clients having web browsers acquire information through the Internet(12). An operating server(13) supplies various advertisements and information to the clients, and then offers free cash to them according to a kind, number and time of advertisement. A member database(14) stores member information such as the status of watching advertisements, matters concerning free cash acquisition, the status of exchanging free cash with goods, etc. An advertisement database(15) stores a plurality of inducing advertisements and main advertisements respectively linked with the inducing advertisements. A goods database(16) stores a list of goods, which can be exchanged with free cash, with their exchange prices. A customized advertisement database(17) stores dynamic advertisement data by combination of the member database(14) and the advertisement database(15) in order to show a suitable advertisement according to each user's disposition of watching advertisements.
