<p>PURPOSE: To provide an electric golf cart that can suppress generation of noise and assures effective charge whenever it is required, by adjusting power generation of generator/charger mounted on the golf cart depending on the running condition. CONSTITUTION: The running condition, for example, a current dissipation of a running motor 13 is detected while an engine is driven for driving a generator 10a of generator/charger 10. When such a current dissipation is large, power generation is increased by controlling the number of rotations of engine to drive the generator 10a to rise in order to compensate for power consumption through the charging to cover the discharge. Moreover, when a current dissipation of the running motor 13 is small, power generation is lowered by controlling the number of rotations of an engine for driving the generator 10a to become lower. In addition, since considerable noise is generated during the drive of engine of the generator/charger 10, the number of rotations of an engine is changed over with the remote control operation and information of magnet embedded previously under the running road of the course.</p> |
