PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating method for molten glass which does not include magnetic materials in cement products formed by using the slag and can improve product strength and quality. SOLUTION: This method has a cooling process step 1 for cooling the molten slag, a crushing process step 1 for crushing the slag cooled by the cooling process step 1 and a magnetic separation process step 4 for separating the crushed matter crushed by the crushing process step 2 to magnetic materials and nonmagnetic materials in this order. Even if the magnetic materials are included in the slag cooled by the cooling process step 1, the molten glass is separated to the slag and the magnetic materials by the crushing in the crushing process step 2 and the magnetic materials are magnetically separated without leakage by the magnetic separation in the magnetic separation process step 4, by which the supply of only the slag as the product is made possible.
