PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-formed container wherein contents can be stirred with a gas in the bag without opening the bag and further the contents can be easily removed without touching, and to provide a method therefor. SOLUTION: A welded portion 3 or a bulkhead is partially provided at the center of the bag-formed container 2. Both sides of the welded portion 3 are pressed alternately to repetitively move the contents whereby the contents can be stirred. Further a take-out port 1 which is usually closed and opened by applying force from a side thereof is provided at an end of the container 2, so that when the contents are to be pushed out downward, they can be removed without touching.
