PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear wheel suspension device for a two-wheeler applicable to two wheelers with low damping force specifications in rear wheel suspension devices composed using a pair of oil dampers provided with a car height adjusting mechanism. SOLUTION: In this rear wheel suspension device for a two wheeler in which a rear wheel 3 is vertically movably supported from the right and the left side to a car body 5 using a pair of oil dampers 2 having a suspension spring 1, one oil damper 2 is composed of a preload adjustment type oil damper 2a in which supporting force of the suspension spring 1 can be manually adjusted, and the other oil damper 2 comprises a self-levelling type oil damper 1b in which car height is automatically adjusted to a set value by vibration during traveling, thereby the rear wheel is elastically supported from the right and the left side by the oil dampers 1a, 1b having different car height adjustment functions.
