PURPOSE: A direct auction method using an internet broadcasting is provided to enable buyers to participate to an action easily by enabling buyers to check wanted commodities easily without an agent. CONSTITUTION: A buyer connects to an electronic auction server through a public communication network using a computer and an internet terminal having an input device and a modem used for inputting and editing data or a command language, and checks an auction commodity through a moving picture, an explanation of a seller and the internal structure. The buyer participates in an auction by submitting a written consent of a bid and depositing a bid bond in accordance with an explanation of a master of the auction. After a successful bid, a depositing of a buying price is confirmed and the commodity is delivered. In case of a real estate, a registration is removed additionally. |
