The invention concerns a method for making a biosensor, said biosensor comprising at least a reference electrode and at least a measuring electrode, each coated with a polymeric coating. Said method is characterised in that: said polymeric coating is obtained on said reference and measuring electrodes by electrochemical process, by soaking at least partly said reference and measuring electrodes in a chemical solution based at least on a saturated aliphatic diamine and by bringing them to sufficient potential to reach that corresponding to electrochemical oxidation of said chemical solution; modifying said polymeric coating of the measuring electrode by depositing an enzyme specific to said molecule to be detected in the analyte. |
