An eye test kit including a test mask (10) and an eye test chart (4). The test mask has two panels (14, 15) for covering the eyes. The panels include holes (18) arranged in a cross formation. The test chart is printed on a thin sheet (1) which may be formed of cardboard and the test mask may be integral with the sheet. The mask may be separable from the sheet through the aid of score lines (22). |
