PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trocar cannula which enables simple removal of an open-close valve in rinsing after use for sufficient and thorough cleaning thereof and simply accomplishes replacing work of parts even when aging of the open- close valve requires repairing. SOLUTION: The trocar cannula 1 is provided with an inserting part 2 having a duct 7 which is put into a paries through a puncture made thereinto to guide a device into a celoma, a holding part 3 which is provided on the hand side of the inserting part 2 and has an internal space 8 communicated with the duct 7, an opening part 9 which is provided at the holding part 3 to be communicated with the internal space 8, a flap valve 31 which is located between the internal space 8 and the opening part 9 to secure airtightness of the internal. space 8 and a push button 34 for the operation of opening or closing the flap valve 31. At least the flap valve 31 is detachably mounted on the holding part 3.
