PURPOSE: A method for preparing a monofilament paint and multi-color paints are provided, to make the structure of dried film be the monofilament structure after it is coated, and to improve water permeability, water proofing property and fire retardancy. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of a monofilament paint comprises the steps of: mixing 54.6-75.2 wt% of water-containing composition comprising sodium carboxy methyl cellulose, 7.5-10.9 wt% of a coloring binder composition and 7.5-10.9 wt% of solid polyacryl-based emulsion; adding 4.5-10.9 wt% of a metal ion catalyst-aqueous solution comprising aluminium sulfonate to the mixture for 3-15 min to carry out the coordination reaction and the aggregation graining, thereby carrying out the fiber-linking process; adding 0.7-1.6 wt% of a dimethyl silicone oil into the product and rotation-linking it; and adding 4.5-10.9 wt% of a polymer aqueous solution for reinforcing physical properties comprising a copolymer aqueous solution which is prepared by using an acryl-based polymer and a silicone polymer aqueous, a sodium silicone aqueous solution or the silicone-based polymer, into the product. The multi-color paint is prepared by mixing 25-95 wt% of a white paint and 5-75 wt% of colorful paints, which are selected from the monofilament paint.
