PURPOSE: A paper outlet device of a facsimile is provided to improve assembling property by improving the structure of an upper guide and an RX frame in a facsimile using normal paper and to discharge recording paper smoothly. CONSTITUTION: Plural spring protrusions(50) are formed on a specific position of an RX frame(14) corresponding to both upper left and right sides of an upper guide(20). Herein, the upper guide is installed on the RX frame. Each spring protrusion has a spring(60) functioning to pull the upper guide toward the RX frame and for closely adhering a press roller(36) of the upper guide to a discharge roller(34) with regular pressure all the time. A stopper(70) is protruded on a specific position of the RX frame corresponding to a path of the upper guide. The stopper prevents the upper guide from being rotated excessively toward the upper surface of the RX frame. Plural connecting grooves(80) are formed at both lower sides of the upper guide, and support pins(90) are protruded on the RX frame to be inserted into the connecting grooves. The connecting grooves of the upper guide are inserted into each support pin of the RX frame, and both ends of each spring are hung to the both upper ends of the upper guide and the spring protrusions on the RX frame. Thereby, the upper guide keeps rotated toward the RX frame by elasticity of the springs. The press roller on the upper guide keeps closely adhered to the discharge roller on the RX frame for the stopper is arranged on the RX frame.
