<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a sputter on the other side of the side irradiated with a laser beam when a laser beam welding is performed. SOLUTION: When a carrier 10 is assembled by fixing a base plate 1 having a hole 1a formed by a blanking press working and a carrier plate 2 inserted into the hole 1a by the laser beams wheedling, a broken part 1b is made on the side A which is irradiated with the laser beam by forming the hole 1a by blanking from a side B which is the reverse side of the side A which is irradiated with the laser beam in a process where the base plate 1 is formed by the press working. The welding with the laser beam is performed by irradiating the broken part 1b of the base plate 1 or its vicinity with the baser beam L in a state that the carrier plate 2 is inserted into the hole 1a of the base plate 1.</p> |
