METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SUPERCRITICAL EXTRACTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extraction method for highly separating/purifying only an aimed component from an extract containing the component to be extracted by a supercritical fluid and a compound resembling the component as a mixture with regard to a method for removing lipid components mainly from a vegetable raw material and for extracting the component by the supercritical fluid and an apparatus for the extraction method. SOLUTION: The method comprises a step of removing unnecessary substances from the raw material by the supercritical fluid, a step of separating the aimed component from the raw material with the substances removed, and a step of further purifying the separated component.
