PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an actinic ray-curable composition that can simultaneously satisfy three performances of low viscosity, low shrinkage and rapid curing and provide reactively crosslinking fine particles that are used in the actinic ray curable composition. SOLUTION: The objective crosslinking fine particles (A) are prepared by polymerizing (a1) 55-95 mass % of a compound bearing one radically polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated group in the molecule and (a2) 5-45 mass % of a compound bearing 2 or more radically polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated groups in which bromine value is >=0.008 mmol/g showing residual double bonds in the fine particles. The resultant reactive crosslinking fine particles (A) are dispersed in (B) a compound bearing at least one (meth)acryloyl group in the molecule to provide the objective actinic ray-curable composition.
