PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sensitive recording material excellent in color developing property useful for POS or the like as well as the heat resistance and storage stability of an image part and a skin part. SOLUTION: The heat sensitive recording material, constituted of a heat sensitive color developing layer provided on a substrate and whose principal constituents are a leuco dye and a color developing agent, is characterized by employing either one of a compound shown by formulae (1)-(3) or a compound shown by a formula (4) as the color developing agent. |
