PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a multi-colored soybean product which can color a table, have a beautiful color even when used in a single color product, and can provide the same taste as those of conventional soybean products, when eaten. SOLUTION: This method for producing the multi-colored soybean product, characterized by adding water to black soybeans, brown soybeans, green soybeans, yellow soybeans, and the like, respectively, allowing the soybeans to sufficiently contain the water, grinding the soybeans to produce colored ground soybean soups, respectively, well boiling the colored ground soybean soups, filtering the soups to separate the colored bean milks 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d and the colored bean curd lees, respectively, adding a coagulating agent 3 to the separated bean milks 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d to denaturate the colored curds 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d, and colored whey 5a, 5b, 5c and 5d, respectively, and then using two or more kinds of the colored curd 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d. |
