PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a readily adherent film that is useful as a glare-proof film for minimizing the surface reflection of displays or the like and improving the visibility thereof, and provide an optical laminate using the same. SOLUTION: This readily adherent film for optics is produced by coating a polyester film at least on one face thereof with a readily adherent layer made of a composition mainly including a water-based polyester resin of 40-85 deg.C secondary transition point and a fatty acid amide and/or a fatty acid bisamide and an ionic low-molecular weight compound in an amount of <=1,000 ppm in which the resultant coated film characteristically has the haze value of <=4% and the back face reflection of <=0.1% and the friction coefficient (inμm) of <=0.8.
