PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sewage or the like from dropping on a setting floor surface along an outer wall surface to reduce the load of cleaning and to keep it clean. SOLUTION: An upward opened receiving part 34 is recessed on a top plate 32 arranged on the upper part of a washer body 24. The receiving part 34 has a prescribed depth and is set to a plane dimension capable of placing the lower part of a dish rack in a housed state. A drain port 36 is provided in a proper position of the receiving part 34, and the sewage received in the receiving part 34 is drained out of the machine through the drain port 36.
