PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment composition having all of good flowability, mixed color stability, and storage stability compared with the use of a silane coupling agent-treated organic pigment as such. SOLUTION: A pigment additive is composed of a sulfonic acid derivative of a silane coupling agent-treated organic pigment. The pigment composition comprises the sulfonic acid derivative of a silane coupling agent-treated organic pigment and an organic pigment. A coating resin composition comprises the above pigment composition and a liquid resin.
