PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed-out pencil enabling execution of writing work with a lead material kept easy to see. SOLUTION: The feed-out pencil 10 has the body 12 of a writing implement, a front chuck 13 provided in the fore end part of the body 12 and a back chuck 15 provided inside the body 12, and it is so provided that the lead material 16 can be fed out by the respective advancing motions of the chucks 13 and 15. The front chuck 13 is so formed as to have a tapered surface 22A of which the diameter reduces toward the fore end and a cone angleαis so set that the lead material 16 is presented on a virtual extension line L1 of the tapered surface 22A when the lead material 16 is advanced by one stroke from the position of the fore end of the front chuck 13.
