PURPOSE: A system is provided to obtain energy without polluting the environment by gathering wind to the wind inlet of the flared tube and allowing the gathered wind to pass through the narrow interior of the tube. CONSTITUTION: A system comprises a wind inlet(1-2) shaped as a flared tube; a power device attachment(1-3) which is arranged to be detachable from the wind inlet for cleaning or repair; a support(1-4) for attaching wheels at the bottom surface of the wind inlet so as to change direction of the system; a fixing pin(1-5) for supporting the system; a bearing(1-6) for changing direction of the fixing pin; and a wind outlet opening(1-7) for allowing wind to flow out when excessive amount of wind blows into the wind inlet. |
