PURPOSE: A method for the internet advertisement using the mouse pointer is provided for a user to watch the internet advertisement without a web browser by displaying the internet advertisement on the advertisement window of the mouse pointer, and for an advertisement provider to calculate an advertisement subscription fee. CONSTITUTION: When a client system connects to the internet and changes into on-line(S31), an OS(Operating System) and application program are performed and the application program asks if a system user watches the on-line internet advertisement or not(S32). If the system user watches the advertisement, the application program of the client system configures the function for the internet advertisement pointer that the mouse pointer is always placed on the top of a window(S33). The internet user automatically accesses a main server through the internet without driving the web browser(S34). The application program of the client system receives the on-line advertisement and contents from the main server through TCP/IP(S35). Even though the client system is off, the application program receives the off-line advertisement and contents from the main server and then stores the advertisement and contents to a memory(S36). The application program displays the on-line advertisement and contents on the mouse pointer(S37). The application program transfers the information when watching the internet advertisement, such as the total service time of advertisement and contents, the information on the size of a checked advertisement window and so on to the main server through TCP/IP(S38). The main server, that is, the advertisement provider calculates the cost of viewing the internet advertisement and periodically charges the user of the client system, that is, advertisement viewer for the cost.
