PURPOSE: A local broadcasting system using a network and a method thereof are provided to promptly provide news of the corresponding area and other areas to the corresponding local residents by managing the local broadcasting system in a network, thereby improving effects of advertisement and information spreading. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of stores are constructed, each having a local broadcasting element providing local information and advertisement of the corresponding area by small areas through a large screen(S610). The local broadcasting elements are connected with each other in a network(S620). An integration managing element integratively managing broadcasting contents and broadcasting time is connected with the local broadcasting elements in the network(S630). The local broadcasting elements and the integration managing element are operated(S640).
