发明名称 METHOD FOR MEASURING DISTANCE OF OBSTACLE SENSING SYSTEM
摘要 PURPOSE: A distance measuring method of an obstacle sensing system is provided to conveniently calculate a perpendicular distance between a bumper of a vehicle and an obstacle and to reduce calculating time. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring distance in an obstacle sensing system comprises a first stage placing first and second supersonic sensors(S1,S2) separated from a bumper(B) of a vehicle with a first distance(cx); a second stage detecting slant line distance(ax,bx) between the supersonic sensor and an obstacle; and a third stage calculating perpendicular distance(h) between the bumper of the vehicle and the obstacle by using each detected distance. The perpendicular distance between the bumper and the obstacle is calculated with high-speed by a microprocessor. The method for measuring the distance of the obstacle sensing system exactly calculates the perpendicular distance between the vehicle bumper and the obstacle. The method for measuring the distance of the obstacle sensing system outputs a control signal into an ECU(Electronic Control Unit) mounted in the vehicle for preventing an accident.
