PURPOSE: A method for putting up an unsold apartment for auction using Internet is provided to suggest information about unsold apartments to apartment construction companies. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of apartment construction companies access to an auction server(10) having a database part(20) Information about a plurality of unsold apartments including the lowest price and the expiration date of the auction is stored in the database part(20). A user who wants to get an unsold apartment accesses to the auction server and is registered as a member. The member can search the stored information about the plurality of unsold apartments. The member requests for a bid with respect to a certain unsold apartment among the plurality of unsold apartments at a price higher the lowest price. One successful bidder is selected among the bid requesters before the expiration date of the auction. People who want to get the information about the unsold apartments can get the information through Internet and easily participate in the auction.
