The present invention relates to an emulsion method and emulsion system for processing synthetic resin waste as well as producing oil from the synthetic resin waste from home and industry. More specifically, this relates to an emulsion method of extracting gasoline and light oil from synthetic resin waste through a heat separation in a reaction chamber. In the present invention, catalysts are used during the heat separation of the plastic waste increasing the hazard for a secondary contamination and the synthetic resin are processed at a lower cost than the prior arts and at the same time the economy is improved by extracting oil to be used as energy.
