PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous panel with the butt end color-coated by one coating without need for recoating or undercoating of an infiltration inhibitor. SOLUTION: The butt end of this porous panel is color-coated with an aqueous emulsion coating containing pigment. The inorganic pigment content in the emulsion coating is controlled to 20-70 mass %, and an acrylic resin is used as a binder resin in the emulsion coating.
