PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system against unfair paring-out to surely detect unfair medal paring-out, to prevent an unfair act, and to make the loss by an unfair act to the minimum. SOLUTION: This game system against unfair paying-out is equipped with a condition detecting device 3 to detect the working condition of an electric medal dispenser 5h and an unfair act detecting circuit 2 to send an unfair signal when the time in a working condition exceeds a prescribed working time.
