PURPOSE: An SFA(Sales Force Automation) intranet system based on the wired/wireless Internet is provided so that a user in a remote place or on the move can transmit business data to an SFA intranet system in real time using his/her mobile phone and the SFA intranet system can analyze and process the transmitted business data and store them in a DBMS server. CONSTITUTION: A wired/wireless Internet based SFA intranet system(20) consists of an intranet server(21), a DBMS server(22), and a WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) converter(23). The intranet server(21) makes data transmitted and received through the Internet(60). The DBMS server(22) is comprised of an interface module, an order process module, a route analysis module, a promotion management module, a sales analysis module and a link module. The interface module executes a CGI function to connect the business data transmitted from the DBMS server(22) to a database and a function to store the business data in the database. The order process module executes a basic data input and inquiry processing function to process instructions concerning orders and sale. The route analysis module, analyzing activity status by customers, covers the readjustment and analysis of sales activity. The promotion management module executes a function to register and manage promotions. The sales analysis module executes a function to analyze sales business by customers and organizations, based on a period. The link module executes a function to interface an external system. The WAP converter(23) converts the data stored and managed in the DBMS server(22) into the data of a WML(Wireless Markup Language) format in order to transmit the data to a mobile phone(10). |
