PURPOSE: A battery pack locking apparatus is provided to maintain a stable charge state by preventing battery pack from moving during charging. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack locking apparatus comprises an upper casing frame(20) having a recess(21) for receiving a battery pack; a lower casing frame(30) coupled with the upper casing frame so as to form a main body of a battery charger(10); a pressing unit partially protruded from the recess of the upper casing frame, and which presses one side surface of the battery pack received in the recess; and a stopper protrusion protruded from the other side surface of the battery pack so as to get caught at a stopper groove formed at the recess of the upper casing frame. The pressing unit includes a tension rib(31) extended upward from the lower surface of the lower casing frame to the upper casing frame, and a supporting protrusion(32) formed at the end of the tension rib in such a manner that the supporting protrusion is protruded from a hole(22) formed at the upper casing frame.
