PURPOSE: A power-savings circuit of a switching power supplier is provided to prevent the switch from being operated at the stand-by mode, so reducing the layout area of device. CONSTITUTION: A condenser(110) outputs an inputted DC(direct current) voltage to a stable voltage. The stable DC voltage transmitted through the condenser(110) is inputted into the first winding, which applies it to the second winding. A second winding outputs a second voltage by the winding rate determined by the first winding. A driving pulse generating from a control IC(300) is inputted into an FET(field effect transistor), which performs a switching operation. A feedback signal is inputted into the control IC(300), which generates a stable pulse. An output rectification unit(900) rectifies the output wave form downed by the switching operation to the DC voltage. A dropper(800) drops a switch device controlling the output pulse of the control IC according to the control signal and the input DC voltage, and transmits it to the output.
